A Little Bit About Me

Hello,

Let me tell you a little about myself.. This is currently my 4th yr. teaching at Lone Jack. My hometown is Cole Camp, Missouri and now I live in Blue Springs, Missouri. I graduated from Westminster College in Fulton, Missouri in 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in elementary education. I also played volleyball in college. My first 3 years of teaching were at Versailles Elementary where I taught 3rd grade and coached high school and Jr. High volleyball, and Jr. High basketball. Besides teaching 5/6th grade science at Lone Jack, I have coached Jr. High volleyball and am the Student Council sponsor for the elementary. I am married to Ryan Alumbaugh, and have a 12 yr. old step daughter Courtney, and a 5 month old son, Chaning. Outside of school I enjoy spending time with my family, swimming, shopping, going to Chiefs games and reading.
