Local Scholarships for the Class of 2018

"All local scholarship applications open Thursday, March 8, 2018, with a submission deadline of Monday, April 9, 2018, by the end of the school day."

Senior Award Ceremony will be held Friday, May 11, 2018, 9:00 am - 11:00 am in the High School Gym.  Parents are encouraged to attend.

The application takes two hours to complete and can not be saved.  Plan accordingly.

Abbott & Fenner Business Consultants are pleased to be able to continue with their 
scholarship program.  They will be awarding up to $1,000 to the winner(s) each year.
       
Epsilon Sigma Alpha Foundation Endowments  |  Amount: Varies

Scholarships for students who are Missouri residents. Requirements vary.
 
Greater Kansas City Community Foundation  |  Amount: Varies

Jackson County Farm Bureau Scholarship  /  Amount: Varies

Jackson County Farm Bureau offers a scholarship to a couple of students in our county that will be attending college this coming fall. 
 
Miss Missouri Teen USA  / Amount: Varies

Missouri Community Service Commission (MCSC) scholarship  |  Amount: $1,000
Deadline: February
Eight $1,000 Missouri Community Service Commission scholarships are available to 9-12 grade student-volunteers.
 
Missouri Insurance Education Foundation Scholarship I  Amount: 
Deadline:  March 
The Missouri Insurance Education Foundation is providing this scholarship to deserving Missouri high school graduating seniors interested in or intending to pursue an insurance, risk management or actuarial science course of study in a Missouri college or university.
 
MSPE Western Chapter Engineering Scholarships  |  Amount:

This scholarship is provided for graduating high school seniors who have a genuine interest in engineering.
 
Oak Grove Masonic Lodge Scholarship  |  Amount: Varies

Scholarship opportunity that includes disseminating a message by writing an
article or creating a poster or video addressing the issue of underage gambling.
 
Sussle Scholarship  |  Amount: $500
