Governing Priority: Climate & Culture

Governing Objective: Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive school environment that promotes positive relationships, student well-being, and a culture of respect and belonging for all.

Annually review to maintain class sizes at the state-recommended (versus the required, which is a higher number) student-teacher ratio to support individualized learning and student engagement, as measured by enrollment and staffing data each school year.

Annually, all PreK-12 staff will complete behavioral support training, and student access to emotional and mental health resources will be tracked to ensure all students can utilize available supports.
