Governing Priority: Fiscal Resources

Governing Objective: Board policy BBA: The Board is responsible for the adoption of the annual budget, which will provide financial basis for personnel, facilities, materials and equipment to enable the district to carry out its educational program.

By May 2027, conduct a salary and staffing analysis to align compensation with regional averages, ensure adequate staffing, and achieve at least 90% annual certified staff retention.

By June 2029, update all core instructional materials to ensure every classroom has high-quality, standards-aligned resources, dedicating at least 10% of the annual instructional budget to support student achievement and teacher effectiveness.

Annually, develop and implement a budgeting process aligned to the strategic plan, ensuring all allocations support district priorities and are reviewed annually for effectiveness and sustainability.
