By the end of 2028-2029, district leaders will demonstrate improved delegation of tasks and make decisions that are data-driven and aligned to district goals, as measured by leadership self-assessments and staff surveys.

By the end of 2028-2029, school leaders will implement strategies to integrate Portrait of a Graduate competencies into curriculum, instruction, and school culture, as evidenced by classroom observations, and school-wide initiatives.
