Meet the Mules 2025 August 18
The Jackson County Health Department will be joining us during our enrollment event on 8/12/25 from 2-6 at the MS HS to provide Tdap and Meningococcal vaccines to any student 6-12 who needs them. These vaccines are required by the state of Missouri for incoming 8th and 12th graders. Please see the attached information for sign up links. Questions, let me know lrogers@lonejackc6.net. Thanks!

Please visit the Lone Jack website for the new form listed under Quick Links and Resources, or 'Athletics and Activities'.
